KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / OBJECTIVES/ FOCUS AREAS

· To focus on OEM, B2B and B2G sales segment (Power sector)

· To develop communication in Power sector: focus on HV business - Generation, Transmission and partly Distribution

· To implement sales & marketing action plans for the agreed strategic objectives for OEM, B2B and B2G channels

· To maintain business and sales relations with appointed key OEM accounts and Utilities in order to keep leadership

· To communicate with key accounts on all basic levels including providing full before- and after- sales support services (products, logistic, information)

· To provide full sales & marketing responsibilities on selected sales area segments

· To analyze and manage marketing information, control and lead marketing activity based on the general short / long term marketing targets and perspective

· To control all the market changes in the selected regions to act accordingly in order to build strong and healthy business background for further growth and long term development

· To provide sales & marketing support to the manager

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Background

· University degree - Technical higher education (MPEI, Bauman MSTU or equal) is a must

· 1 -3 years Sales and Marketing experience in power sector

· Clear product production / delivery & forecasting processes understanding, stock management experience

Basic skills

· Language skills: Fluent English is a must

· High professional presentation skills are a great plus

· Basic business planning and reporting knowledge

· Ability to communicate in matrix organization structure

Technical / Functional skills

· Basic technical knowledge is obligatory

· Knowledge of basic industrial principles and key sales methodology

· Practical knowledge of PC office software

Attitudes

· Teamwork ability and interpersonal communication

· Active / productive & responsible

· Easy to communicate, ability to generate new ideas and to provide action for improvement in matrix organization structure

· Readiness for WW travel (30 % time)
